Nicholas is a seasoned senior executive and experienced financial professional who is accountable, pragmatic and results driven. I have a proven track record in building strong teams with a results and service orientated culture. He has achieved this through clear communication, engagement and goal setting. He strongly believes that the finance function is there to support and partner with the organisation, it needs to be customer focused and able to facilitate outcomes and lead change.

Nicholas is currently the Chief Financial Officer of CPA Australia Ltd where I am responsible for the provision of strategic advice to the CEO and Board on risk management, financial, commercial and business strategy for the global organisation.
