Erika Karp is CEO of Cornerstone Capital Inc. Previously, Erika Karp was Managing Director and Head of Global Sector Research at UBS. Erika was Chair of the UBS Global Investment Review Committee and managed a team of sector analysts and strategists around the world.

She sat on the UBS Securities Research Executive Committee and the Environmental and Human Rights Committee of the UBS Group Executive Board. Erika created and drove products including the UBS Q-Series®, the Global I/O®, and the “UBS Global Portfolio Manager’s Spotlight” which synthesizes top UBS investment themes and ideas each week.

Her work has been featured by Investment Dealer’s Digest, Euromoney, the Financial Times, BloombergBusinessweek, Investor Relations Magazine, and Forbes to which she is a regular contributor.  Based upon her work driving collaboration across the capital markets, Erika has been named among the nation’s “Top 50 Women in Wealth” by AdvisorOne.

She is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Financing and Capital,a founding Board member of SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) and a member of the Program Design Advisory Council for Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program on “Innovating for Sustainability”. Erika represents UBS at events including those hosted by the OECD, the EPA, the UN Global Compact and PRI, GMI Ratings, the Smith School at Oxford University, and the White House.
