Mitzi Wyman

Mitzi Wyman

Mitzi is a solicitor by background and advisor to boards and senior teams across the  public and private sectors on leadership, governance and ethics.

She is a Consultant with the UK’s  Centre for Public Scrutiny, a Research Associate at the University of Westminster (psych) and is on the Faculty of the NHS’s Leadership Academy. She has an in-depth experience and knowledge of the health, social care  and public sector landscape and in developing partnerships between public and private sector entities.  In November 2014  she contributed to the launch of the IIRC’s public sector network in Washington and continues to aid the development of reporting in the public sector.

Mitzi has a particular interest in integrated thinking and how we can use the latest lessons from behavioural psychology and neuroscience to generate fresh thinking and radical change. Mitzi has held senior roles as a board member, regulator and is Founder of the Fulcrum Leaders Network, an international forum for senior leaders. She has an LLM in International Environmental Law (UCL) and an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology (KCL).
