Nicolai is the global head of ESG strategy and reporting at Novo Nordisk A/S, managing a team of ESG experts based at the Global HQ in Denmark and in India.

His responsibilities include developing Novo Nordisk’s ESG strategy and reporting activities including internal and external assurance processes on ESG data and developing the Novo Nordisk annual report.
