Tim Haywood

Tim Haywood is Group Finance Director and Head of Sustainability of Interserve Plc.

Tim Haywood has been Group Finance Director of FTSE250 Support Services and Construction Group Interserve Plc since 2010.

Tim was appointed to the additional role of Head of Sustainability in 2011, having been inspired by his daughter’s experience as UNICEF’s UK ambassador to the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference. He is a member of the ICAEW Sustainability Committee, and a Pilot Programme member of the International Integrated Reporting Council.

He is also a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman of media group Tarsus plc.

He has previously been Finance Director of regeneration specialist St. Modwen Properties plc, of distribution business Hagemeyer UK and of various subsidiaries and divisions within FTSE100 diversified industrial company Williams Holdings PLC.

Tim was born in June 1963. He is a keen rower, two-time marathon runner, and is married with two grown-up children. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
